Samuel Hall Crowley is an interdisciplinary artist, designer, and engineer working in animation, drawing, painting, photography, computer modeling, and printmaking.
As a current Watson Fellow, Sam is exploring how unique individual and cultural perspectives, along with the history that has shaped them, can be seen reflected in distinct forms of figurative art around the world. By studying and practicing these art forms, he hopes to better understand the perspectives they embody, the context informing them, and how they have evolved over time.
